Here is the Boursin Pasta Recipe:
Ingredients:

- 3 cups of grape tomatoes or cherry
- 1 whole head of garlic, cloves separated, and root end chopped off
- 1 round of Boursin cheese (0.5 oz)
- Extra 1/4 cup virgin olive oil
- 10 oz. short-cut pasta (penne, rigatoni, or fusilli work well)
- ¾ cup starchy pasta water (reserved for cooking)
- 3 cups chopped fresh spinach (optional)
- Thinly sliced Fresh basil, chiffonade
- Pepper and salt to taste
- A pinch of red pepper flakes (optional)
How to Make Boursin Pasta:

- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Take a baking dish and add Boursin cheese in the middle. Wash the tomatoes and mix them with cheese.
- Now add the garlic cloves and mix everything with the olive oil. If you like it spicy, season generously with salt, pepper, and a pinch of red pepper flakes.
- Now cook this mixture for 30 minutes until the garlic turns golden brown, the tomatoes burst, and the cheese starts to brown on top.
- When our mixture is cooked, take out the pasta from its package and cook it in a large pot in salted water according to the instructions of the pasta, which will be written on the package. Before taking it out of the pot, save 3/4 cup of the pasta water.
- When you see that the pasta is cooked, add it to the baking dish along with the roasted tomatoes and cheese. Keep stirring all these ingredients with the help of a spoon until they are mixed.
- If you are using spinach along with it, add the spinach to it, and mix it until the spinach is wilted.
- If you feel the pasta mixture is dry, mix the remaining pasta water into it slowly.
- Take out the pasta and serve it garnished with basil.
Extra Tips for Boursin Pasta Recipe
- To make a delicious sauce, mash some garlic cloves with Borsin cheese.
- If you want to add protein to this recipe, add chicken pieces or crab before adding the pasta to the mixture. And cook it for a few minutes.
- If you don’t have basil for garnish, a sprinkling of oregano will do just as well.
